Free returns within 10 days

You can return any order to us within 10 days of receiving it. 

Products must be returned in their original condition, tags and packaging included.

Customized Items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

How to return;

1. 　Please contact us with the reason for your return.

2.　We will provide you with the appropriate return address as soon as we receive your request.

3. 　Please provide us with the return tracking number once you sent the package out.

4. 　We will refund you as soon as we receive your return. 

Please note that the shipping fee you paid for your order is non-refundable.

・EXPRESS DOMESTIC DELIVERY (1 to 2 business days): ¥2000; Free for orders over ¥70,000

・STANDARD INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (4 to 6 business days): $40; Free for orders over $700

・EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (UPS,  DHL, Fedex - 1 to 2 business days): $70; Free for orders over $1000
